John Dunnigan was the 1st BodiTrak Customer in the United States - A year later he's ROCK SOLID confident about COP Training and Education. " Just gotta know how to use it Terry ! " John kept on telling me as he worked through his hectic schedule of non stop lessons !
I put in a full day of lessons with Ted Sheftic - Marks Father. At 70 years of age - the man had more flat wore me out ! Booked solid from 8 am - 5 pm for lessons - with everyone on the COP tracing for more balance and power. The energy of this guy !!
Meeting Mark Sheftic at Merion was a pure delight ! With his good friend Rick Flescher and again working one of Marks Students - all the pressure (no pun intended ! ) was on BodiTrak - IT EXCELLED !!!
Thanks to everyone - Amazing PA Adventure - I love Philly !!

Andrew Forjan YCAGA Junior Champion
ABBOTTSTOWN — York Catholic senior Andrew Forjan knew he faced a tall task if he wanted to capture the York County Junior Golf Association George Barton Match Play Championship. Over the course of Monday and Tuesday, the top 16 boys' golfers in the YCJGA point standings would need to tackle four rounds of match play in order to be crowned the champion. The long days, coupled with searing heat and humidity, meant the champion wouldn't so much be a winner as he'd be a survivor.
On Tuesday, that survivor was Forjan, who outlasted a late comeback by Eastern York senior Zach Dixon to force an extra hole, winning in 19 holes to capture the match-play title at Hanover Country Club. On the girls' side, Eastern York's Alexandra Lowder held off Susquehannock's Kendel Abrams, 1 up, to win the girls' trophy.
"It's a little bit relieving after my finish that last round because I definitely doubted myself for a second," Forjan said. "I definitely played well enough to get here and get to where I was and I'm just really happy I won it."

Sister & Brother win District 3 Golf Championship
A family thing: York Catholic's Parrini siblings double up District 3 goldJoe and Lauren Parrini become first brother-sister combo to win District 3 golf titles in same year.
A storybook ending came true for the Parrini family Saturday during the District 3 Golf Championships at Briarwood Golf Club in York.On Briarwood West, York Catholic senior Lauren Parrini teed off in morning with a nine-stroke lead over Becca Graham of Boiling Springs.Over on Briarwood East, her brother Joe, a freshman, teed off with a two-stroke lead over York Catholic teammate Nick Geiman.By the end of their rounds, the senior and her freshman brother became District 3's first set of sibling champions crowned on the same day.Lauren Parrini took the Class AA girls' district title with a 13-stroke victory. Despite high winds and a wet course, Joe Parrini managed to play steady and consistent to finish his final round at 2 under, 4-under par for the tournament and a Class AA boys' title. "It is (Joe's) first time playing high school golf, and my last time," Lauren Parrini said. "It is really our only chance to be on a team together, and it's been a great time."At one point, Lauren Parrini held a 15-stroke lead. She said her coach, Bill Brander, came up halfway through her round. Brander told her that Joe was 3 under."I was telling people that I was more excited for him to win than me," she said. "I knew he had really stiff competition, and I knew that he could do it."Her little brother finished two shots ahead of Geiman, who won the YAIAA championship a week ago.On this day, the Parrinis were on top of District 3.For Class AA, at least.

Joe Parrini helps lead York Catholic to YAIAA Division III match victory
In three of the first four YAIAA Division III golf matches, York Catholic's Joe Parrini found himself just behind teammate Nick Geiman in the battle for low score. On Wednesday, the freshman topped his senior teammate as Parrini carded an even-par 71 for top honors. Geiman finished three strokes behind Parrini to help lead the Irish to another match title."I had a lot of pars," Parrini said. "I had two birdies and two bogies so a pretty uneventful round. Normally I am pretty consistent. I don't make a lot of birdies but I also don't make a lot of bogies. I drove the ball exceptionally well. I only missed a few fairways. Everything else was well rounded."
Nick Geiman scored 74, Andrew Forjan 75, & Lauren Parrine 86.
