Portable Training ACCU-STROKE
ACCU-STROKE is an advanced muscle-memory system designed to groove the golfer’s putting stroke. The side of the heavy, cast Polyethylene bar is sloped to exactly 17%, the perfect angle for the putter shaft to be in for a correct putting stroke. The golfer learns the feel of the stroke in both directions, backward, then forward. It takes the guesswork out of the follow-through, making precision straight shots on every putt. You will learn the science of correct putting and soon be able to repeat it on the greens every time. A DVD instructional video is included.
THE ACCU STROKE IS EASY TO USE!
PUTTING
Aim putting board to the left lip of the cup so the center of the putter is aimed at the hole. Take a few strokes and let the heel of the putter ride back and through on the board. Then hit a few putts making sure the head of the putter goes back and through the same distance and work on rhythm.

Dear Golfers
Grooving the correct swing plane is an essential part of consistent ball striking for any golfer. Nationally recognized teacher Ted Sheftic has developed an ingenious training aid to help golfers of all abilities to improve this vital part of their swing. The Plane Trainer gives the golfer instant feedback as they start their back swing and provides the player with continuous feedback throughout the rest of the swing. The Deluxe Plane Trainer insures that the high handicapper and golfers of all abilities avoid pulling the club too far inside at the start of their back swing which results in dreaded Over the Top move on the down swing. The Duluxe Plane Trainer's unique design is equally useful to help players who have the opposite problem of starting their back swings outside the proper plane and then come "under" plane, creating an angle of attack from too far inside.
The golfer takes the club back properly on the back swing and knocks over the first small foam padded arm of The Deluxe Plane Trainer. He or she must then swing the club and avoid touching the inside foam pad which is on the correct plane angle. By avoiding touching the second pad this allows the golfer to cock their wrist correctly, keeping the club on the correct path to the top. On the downswing they must swing under the third pad which is on the shoulder plane, producing the perfect path for the average golfer. The beauty of the Deluxe Plane Trainer allows players of all abilities to produce the proper feel back and through the ball without numerous mechanical thoughts.
As Ted says: "You need to execute a back swing in which you club moves on consistent and correct path to the top. Once a golfer starts the downswing properly on plane to the target, their swing will tend naturally to stay on plane through impact and into the finish."
The Deluxe Plane Trainer is portable, easy to use, and delivers results. Learn more about The Deluxe Plane Trainer by visiting Ted Sheftic's website at
Ted Sheftic's Deluxe Plane Trainer Helps Golfers Groove a Better Swing
From Brent Kelley editor at about.com training aid review.
One of Sheftic's newest creations is the Ted Sheftic Deluxe Plane Trainer. This is one that Sheftic believes has great potential to catch on with golfers. The Deluxe Plane Trainer is an attention getting product, with several moving parts, brightly colored foam padding and white and red plastic pipe construction. If one was set up on a driving range, it'd be hard to miss.
Its purpose is, as you likely guessed from the name, to get your swing on the proper plane (although, because its foam padded arms are movable, it does have other uses, too). Many recreational golfers have the problem of coming over the top; while even many highly skilled players fall into the trap of bringing the club to the ball too much from the inside.
The Plane Trainer helps both players, as we discovered when we took ours to a top golf academy for a demonstration.
The golfer sets up with his ball placed one club length in front of a foam padded arm that stands straight up. Behind that is another such arm, slightly longer, that is leaned at an angle to mimic the swing plane. The idea is to hit the smaller arm with the backswing, knocking it over, while avoiding the larger arm. Do both, and you'll know you're taking the club back on the proper plane, without getting inside.
Another arm in front of the golfer is another check against an over the top swing, and also serves to help those golfers who come too far from the inside (the opposite of over the top), or who push their hands to the right on the follow through.
The pros we showed the Deluxe Plane Trainer to thought it was a very effective tool to create the perfect path.

STRAIGHT ARM

Straight Arm - $39.95 + 8.50 (shipping) = $48.45
The Straight Arm was designed to give a player immediate feel and feedback of the correct left arm position in their golf swing. Ted Sheftic, one of Golf Digest top 100 Teachers endorses the Straight Arm because of the ability of quick results in a lesson. Through many years of teaching, Ted has seen that the straight left arm position is essential in order for the club face to be square at impact. His goalis to have his students keep their left arm straight at impact which encourages and allows back of the left hand to face the target when the club makes contact with the golf ball. When Ted uses the Straight Arm on a student and they take their “First Swing”, he can see their immediate reaction, now they understand how the correct straight left arm position should look and feel. The Straight Arm is light weight easy to use and unbreakable. There is no assembly, slide the Straight Arm onto your left arm so your elbow is in the center. Then just tighten the two straps and you’re ready to swing. The Straight Arm can be used by both right and left-handed players and comes in two sizes, one for men and one for women and juniors of any age. You can store it in your golf bag so it will be ready to use at anytime.
How important is a straight left arm in a golf swing? Look at a video or still pictures of the best men’s, woman’s, junior Amateur or Tour Players. Look at them at address, back swing, top of the swing, down swing, impact position and follow through and you will see your answer. Their left arm remains straight until both arms are past the left hip. As a Golf Digest Top 100 Teacher, Ted has had the opportunity to use many teaching aids. Ted feels the Straight Arm is the best aid for a golfer to feel immediately if they are bending their left arm. When you are wearing the Straight Arm and follow the drills, you will feel and see the extension which creates leverage, encourages a better shoulder turn and gets the hands into their full wrist hinged position to store up club head speed to be released at impact. If you hook, slice, top the ball many times you can put the blame on an improper left arm position. As you swing, a straight left arm is an important swing position which allows the club to be taken away and returned to the impact area on the same path. It’s best to start using the Straight Arm without a golf ball. Take a short club, a sand wedge or pitching wedge, with a narrow stance. Start with slow controlled swings, stopping your hands at your right hip on the back swing, your left arm and the club will make an “L” shape. Now start down and continue through the impact area and stopping your hands at your left hip on the follow through. As you swing back, if you feel resistance, it’s because your left arm is trying to bend, as you start your down swing, you will now feel the action of your hands releasing the club squaring up at impact, then continuing to roll over into the follow through. If you cannot stop your hands at your right hip and left hip, you are probably swinging too aggressively to start. A piece of advice, everyone bends their left arm to different degrees, so don’t worry. Helpful hint, the more resistance you feel the slower you should swing in the beginning, you can always speed up after you reduce the amount of bending in your left arm. If your left arm is straight throughout your swing, you will feel very little if any resistance if any at all. Take 5 swings wearing the Straight Arm and then remove it for 5 swings. Repeat this as often as you would like.

As a swing coach, I see so many players come out of so many shots. It is my contention that your spine angle has to be maintained from address all the way through to the finish.

The Spine Board Will Help Address three major problems.
A. Prevents swaying on the back swing.
B. Will allow you to post up on your front side.
C. Maintains your spine angle throughout the swing.
The Spine Board legs must be filled with sand, the extra weight is important for stability. There are two caps to place in the legs for transporting.
